"It's dazzle-mazing!"

Fireworks easily amaze the citizens of Free Country, USA, where pyrotechnics are usually used for celebrations. Occasions deemed worthy of a fireworks show have ranged from something as grand as the hundredth Strong Bad Email and the end of the Strong Badathlon to something as simple as no loafing or finding an egg. They have been used so many times, to the point that Homestar Runner has grown to treat "fireworks" as an official name for the Fourth of July. Fireworks both real and virtual have appeared. Sometimes, when real fireworks cannot be used, characters still try to implicate their presence through animation and/or sound effects. Fthoom-bang rockets are a common brand of fireworks, which are also used to assist Strong Bad's crimes.

Appearances

• Old Intro — There are fireworks displayed throughout this intro.
• Main Page 12 — If you scroll over any button, fireworks appear. This includes a Strong Bad firework when scrolling over the "Email" button.
• Email 2 years — Apparently, the mural that The Cheat will finish making for Strong Bad in two years will say "FIReWORKS OR DIE".
• Email mile — Fireworks appear during The Cheat's parade.
• Email flashback — At the end, pixelated fireworks are displayed on the Compy 386's screen, accompanying a message congratulating Strong Bad on his hundredth email.
• Strong Bad is in Jail Cartoon — Strong Bad and The Cheat attempt to use Fthoom-Bang rockets to break into Bubs' Concession Stand, but they instead launch a fireworks display.
• Senorial Day — Homestar makes firework noises in the background of Bubs's commercial.
• Happy Fireworks — Strong Bad, Strong Mad, and The Cheat try putting on a fireworks display, but Strong Mad's homemade fireworks are not suitable, so they shake up The Cheat, causing him to turn into a giant exploding firework.
• Email redesign — Strong Bad plays fireworks on his new LED marquee.
• Email 4 branches — After Strong Bad is done explaining the 4 branches of stupid things Homestar has done, pixelated fireworks appear and Homestar makes firework noises. This happens again in an Easter egg.
• Email strong badathlon — During the closing ceremony, Homestar comes out from the top of the screen and starts dancing. After this, fireworks appear.
• Date Nite — Homestar and Strong Bad attempt to use Fthoom-Bang rockets to destroy The Stone Bridge and drown Marzipan and The Cheat, but they miss the bridge and launch a fireworks display.
• Where's an Egg? — On the winning screen, there are fireworks visible.
• Email hremail 3184 — Bubs and Coach Z watch Strong Bad blow up the Lappy 486 and the House of the Brothers Strong like they were watching the fireworks display in Happy Fireworks.
• 2010 Calendar — On the July page, Strong Bad has duct taped fireworks to The Cheat, while Bubs and Coach Z watch, similar to Happy Fireworks.
