"Can I help you with something, Crack Stuntman?"
This character has no official name. "Guy Who Does The Bad Guy's Voice" is Crack Stuntman's description of him.
The guy who does the bad guy's voice is a pale, gaunt, green-skinned man with white hair, bloodshot eyes and pronounced wrinkles. He does the voice of the Blue Laser Commander, and has the same screechy voice when talking out of character. Crack Stuntman seems to be a little uncomfortable with him.
In a podcast interview, Strong Bad jokes that this man may be a zombie, even remarking "You can't get that voice out of a living human!"
His voice is a parody of voice actor Chris Latta, known for providing the screech-like vocals to such characters as G.I. Joe's Cobra Commander (of whom Blue Laser Commander is a direct parody) and Transformers' Starscream.
