From the Teen Girl Squad Issue 8 DVD commentary:
>MIKE: These days, one of the Teen Girl Squad's members almost always has fangs, at some point in the cartoon.
>MATT: That's always Mike. Mike loves to add the fangs. You know that Mike drew those frames if they have fangs.
>MIKE: {quietly} I drew that.
Although characters typically are not drawn with teeth, occasionally they will be depicted with monstrous fangs for humorous effect. This is most often seen in Strong Bad's drawings, such as Teen Girl Squad.

- Teen Girl Squad Issue 5 — Cheerleader has fangs when shouting, "I'M 5 YEARS OLDER AND IN COLLEGE!!!" at the Olda Boys.
- Teen Girl Squad Issue 6 — The Ugly One has fangs when shouting, "I WANT PRESENTS!"
- Teen Girl Squad Issue 8 — So and So has fangs when shouting, "WORLDWIDE STARLETS!" and when she shouts, "NO WAY!"
- Teen Girl Squad Issue 10 — The Ugly One has fangs during the opening sequence, and So and So has bloody fangs while shouting, "A B'GRL PRTY?!?"

- Teen Girl Squad Issue 13 — So and So has fangs when she enters Tompkins's house, Cheerleader has fangs when shouting, "I'll call EACH AND EVERY BOY!!", So and So again has fangs while yelling at What's Her Face for drinking diet soda, and the garbage disposal has fangs.
- Teen Girl Squad Issue 14 — Cheerleader has fangs in her yearbook picture, and the carnivorous slice of cake that eats What's Her Face has fangs.
- Email love poems — Kim has fangs while speaking "Kimberlian" English.
- Homestar Ruiner Teen Girl Squad — In the second scene, the sun has fangs.
- 4 Gregs — D n' D Greg has fangs when he is explaining the football rules.
