Strong Bad's Treat Snatcha is accessible by clicking "play a game while you wait?" at the The House That Gave Sucky Treats loading screen. It is a very simple game; clicking the treat bag labeled "SLASH" makes Strong Bad slash his butter knife at the treat bags of the trick-or-treaters dressed as ghosts that walk by. A successful slash will cause the treat bag to tear open, dropping the contents on the ground for Strong Bad to snatch and awarding the player 50 points. There is no true win or lose state to the endless game, as it was only meant to briefly pass time while the toon loaded.
