"You guessed it, we're called Blubb-O's."

The Homestar Runner body of work introduces many made-up words and names ending in a long o. Some of these are derived from constructions in Romance languages such as Italian and Spanish. Others are common in marketing jargon, like the toy company Wham-O.

Appearances

• In Search of the Yello Dello — The most rare and beautiful bird is called the Yello Dello.
• Email depressio — Strong Bad shares that Strong Sad's email address is depressio.
• Email island — Homestar (seemingly spontaneously) refers to Strong Bad as "Stinko-man". This would later become the name of Strong Bad's 20X6 counterpart.
• Cheat Commandos...O's — The episode is a commercial for a cereal, which ironically is not in the shape of an O. The announcer later encourages the viewer to try the cereal with Fluffy Puff Marshmallows... os.
• Homestar Presents: Presents — Homestar calls Strong Bad "Strong-o Bad-o".
• Senor Mortgage — Senor Cardgage's catchphrase is "No Probalo!", a variant of the mangled Spanish "No Problem-o".
• Email lady fan — Homestar urges Strong Bad to exercise his buttweesimo.
• Email rough copy — After Strong Bad and The Cheat shut down Homestar's flavored water business, Homestar turns to selling Malinko Drinko, named after the email's sender, with the tag line "Drinko some Malinko!".
• Make-O Your Own Stinko — The name of the comic generator game adds O at the end of the word.
• The name of the fast food restaurant associated with the Drive-Thru Whale is Blubb-O's.
• Homestar Ruiner — Strong Bad expresses his frustration over not being invited to Marzipan's sucko party.
• Punkin Stencils — Homestar calls The Jolly Dumple Tongue-o Drippo.
• Halloween Safety — Homestar says dressing up as a Children Crossing sign is Ina-Pro-Pro.
• Skills of an Artist Cartoon Characters — When drawing a picture, Strong Bad refers to a circle as a roundello.
• Fan Costumes 2017 — Strong Bad claims that a grandmother likes to call her grandson "Little Protelzo" on her candy flip-phone.
• The Homestar Runner Enters the Spooky Woods — The Homestar Runner gulps as gulpo and gulpamundo.
• @StrongBadActual tweet (6 Mar 2020) — Strong Bad advertises Trogdor!! The Board Game's Flip-O Thatch-O Flame...O technology.
• Trogdor!! The Board Game — After the initial release, the game also includes the Magicks and 'Mergencies Expando Deck.
• Halloween Hijinks — Strong Bad suggests that The King of Town dressing up as King Ding Dong would be a no-brain-o.
• Fan 'Stumes 2021 — Deflato-head Strong Bad and decapitato-head Strong Sad are each sold separately.
• Fan 'Stumes 2022 — Strong Bad's confirmation for doing that year's Twitter challenge is Provisional Accept-o and Roboto Accept-o.
• Decemberweenvent Calendar —
  • On the page for day 3, Strong Bad's hands are labeled "Left-O" and "Right-O".
  • On day 14, Strong Bad refers to the calendar as Disappointo. Strong Sad remarks that he thought he was Disappointo.

  • The Wingzz Hutt offers Facemelto sauce.
  • If Dangeresque attempts to use the file cabinet key on his office door, he says he will fake-o solve-o The Chief's case-o first. The Chief replies that he loves queso.
• Dangeresque Roomisode 2: The Intersection of Doom & Boom — Talking to the Quickstart Guide, Dangeresque reminds it to float like Ms. Chlorino taught in the pool.
• Dangeresque Roomisode 3: Keep My Enemies, Loser —
  • A generic error message is Loopto Rodoopto.
  • The statue with two shields is named Homestarmero Duplicishield.
• The Show: Ween Edition — Homestar Runner's check is notarized by someone named Name-O Sign-O.
• Front Facing — The bubble in the top right of the Main Page 3 Easter egg says face-o fronto.
