Rejected Costumes

These rejected costumes were never used in a Halloween toon. Hidden in Easter eggs, these have been found in the Sketchbook, a secret page, and a couple of teasers.

	Strong Sad	Oompa-Loompa	Oompa-Loompas are a race of tiny men from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, natives of Loompaland who work for Willy Wonka in his Chocolate Factory. Strong Sad is dressed up as one from the 1971 movie adaptation Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, where they are portrayed as orange-skinned, green-haired dwarves in distinctive lederhosen-like outfits. 	Homestar Runner	Hellboy	Hellboy is a comic book character, created by Mike Mignola. A half-demon, Hellboy is physically imposing with red skin, hooves, a tail, and horns which he files down to stumps. He also has a large stone right hand ("The Right Hand of Doom") which Homestar is not depicted with. Despite his diabolical origins, Hellboy works for the side of good as a paranormal investigator. The Hellboy series has produced many comic books and has been adapted into video games and movies. 	Marzipan	Trixie	Trixie is a character in Speed Racer. An English-language adaptation of the anime series Mach GoGoGo, it is an early example of successful Japanese media in the US. The series centers around the racecar driver Speed Racer and his family and friends, including his girlfriend Trixie. Flying a helicopter, she worked as Speed's spotter during races. 	Coach Z	Doug McKenzie	Bob and Doug McKenzie are a pair of fictional Canadian brothers who hosted the panel show "Great White North", a sketch which was introduced on SCTV for the show's third season when it moved to the CBC in 1980. Playing on various stereotypes of Canadian life and culture, the brothers became very popular in Canada and abroad. Bob is played by Rick Moranis and Doug is played by Dave Thomas. 	Homestar Runner	Travis Bickle	Travis Bickle is the narrator and antihero of Martin Scorsese's 1976 film Taxi Driver, in which he is played by Robert De Niro. The titular taxicab driver, Bickle is a mentally imbalanced Vietnam veteran who works nights in crime-ridden New York City. 	Pom Pom	The Skipper	Jonas Grumby, "The Skipper" of the S.S. Minnow, is a character from the show Gilligan's Island played by Alan Hale. The captain of a tour boat, an ill-fated "three-hour tour" instead left passengers and crew stranded on a deserted island. 	Coach Z	The Noid	The Noid is a character from Domino's Pizza commercials. A mischievous creature intent on ruining pizzas, Domino's ads promised to "Avoid the Noid" and deliver in 30 minutes or less. 	The King of Town	Sonny Crockett	Detective James "Sonny" Crockett is a character from popular 1980s TV series Miami Vice, portrayed by actor Don Johnson. The show centered on Crockett and his partner Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs, two undercover detectives. 	Marzipan	Anton Chigurh	Anton Chigurh is a character from the movie No Country for Old Men. Played by Javier Bardem, Chigurh is a remorseless and amoral hitman hired to retrieve stolen money.
