Oliver Smidgen debuted in Let us give TANKS!. Oliver seems to love Gunhaver's piano playing and asks him to play a song. He is an apparent reference to Oliver Twist. He is covered in unexplained stains and has scraggly brown hair poking out from under his gray cap. Along with Reynold and Reynold's Brother, he is one of the few purely civilian The Cheats to appear in the Cheat Commandos series.
