Homestore Runner!
The Stores are where one can buy Homestar Runner merchandise. It is one of the main sources of income for The Brothers Chaps, allowing homestarrunner.com to remain ad-free. The Store is split across three separate storefront websites, each offering a different selection of products.
Shopify, also known as Homestore Runner, replaced the Yahoo Store on March 23, 2015, when most direct links to the Store were replaced to direct to the new storefront. Rather than running on Yahoo's Small Business E-commerce system that both the Yahoo and Flash Stores used to run on, the store runs as a subdomain of Shopify rather than using a custom URL.
Third-party licensee Fangamer also offers a selection of original designs on their store, first available November 25, 2020.
Print-on-demand platform Spring sells additional merchandise. This storefront is also known as Strong Bad's Specialty Shoppe and was first launched in 2019. In 2025, the link to this storefront was removed from the "Stores" landing page, though it is still active.

Index Page
The navigation bar and main pages' "stores" link leads to a landing page directing visitors to three external store websites — Shopify, Bandcamp, and Fangamer. The three storefronts are accompanied by images of products offered.
This index page has been in place since January 26, 2021 or earlier; previously, the NavBar would simply link to the Shopify storefront. Prior to April 2025, the index page linked to Teespring rather than Bandcamp. The products listed are occasionally updated to feature newer items or provide restocking information. The current version is below:

Remarks
- The bottom copyright notice says "Copyright © 2025 Homestore Runner" despite Homestar Runner trademarks and copyrights being filed under Harmless Junk, Inc.
- The description for Everything Else, Volume 1 copies the list of the DVD's contents from the Homestar Runner Wiki's Everything Else article; as such, it refers to Where the Crap Are We? by that name, despite that name being coined by the wiki.
Goofs
- The strongbad email.exe Disc Five DVD description had <br> at the end of every line, except the last one.
- "Cheat Commandos" was misspelled as "Cheat Commandoes".
Fixed Goofs
- The description for the Trogdor T-Shirt did not have another quotation mark at the end of the quote.
- The post-it on the Compé Strong Bad Email menu and the DVD link on the Teen Girl Squad page on the Homestar Runner website continued to link to the defunct Yahoo Store, resulting in an error.
