Wilbur is a character visualized by Strong Bad in the DVD exclusive email "Videro Games." He has the body of a The Cheat, and the head of a video game programmer, complete with long hair, gray beard, Strong Bad's voice, and glasses. He works at the "Video Game Make Place" making video games and is responsible for distributing the disappointing "Congraturation" found at the completion of many video games. He works with a bald man with a mustache and glasses. Neither of the two programmers' glasses are held up by anything. They both have The Cheat's body and Strong Bad's voice.
