As Italy itself had influence on the culture of the United States, so too does Italy and its culture show up in Free Country, USA.

- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 8.0 — Marzipan's outgoing message has her speaking a variety of faux European Languages including faux-Italian.
- Email best thing — Bozar turns Limozeen's instruments into Italian noodles.
- The Li'l Brudder Show — Li'l Brudder attempts and fails to enter Family Italian Food Place before it closes.
- Email space program — Strong Bad mentions how every place has a space program, including Italy. Later, Homestar Runner says he should have asked the Italian space program for help putting on a sweater.
- Email retirement — Strong Bad describes Chippies! as "Italian-herb-chipotle-buffalo-ranch-guacamole-Thai-peanut-style chippety-chomps".
- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 14.2 — Strong Bad prank calls Marzipan as an automated call in an attempt to get her to put a six foot Italian sub sandwich in his hands.
- Date Nite — Strong Bad disguises himself as an Italian chef while trying to ruin Marzipan and The Cheat's date, forgetting that Marshmallow's L'est Stand is a French restauraunt.

- Career Day — Space Captainface's mission is to stop the Italian space program's spy satellite.
- Compy Catalog — One of the "brightly colored" Lappies is called "Italian Same".
