Many of the Homestar Runner DVDs feature ', available by changing the audio track.
The commentaries are primarily provided by The Brothers Chaps, although Matt frequently will be in-character. For the purposes of this article, "Matt Chapman" is only checked when he appears as himself; note that sometimes he will start or stop voicing a character partway through a commentary.
strongbad_email.exe DVD Series
This table needs to be checked for accuracy. You can help the Homestar Runner Wiki by proofreading it.
- [#ref_1 ^] Linnell did not record in-person, an audio recording of his singing is played by Mike and Matt. TBC also independently commentate before and after it is played.
- [#ref_2 ^] Mike and Matt acknowledge Very, Very Little Girl can be heard "squeaking and squawking" in the background. As an infant, she obviously does not meaningfully "commentate".
Everything Else DVD Series

Remarks
- The Brothers Chaps appear on nearly every commentary.
- Mike does not appear on the commentary for haircut, nor on either commentary for Experimental Film.
- Matt does not appear on the commentaries for Everybody Knows It (he was on the phone with his wife), cheatday, or extra plug.
- TBC were not joined by any guests for the first three strongbad_email.exe DVDs or Sbemails' 50 Greatest Hits.
- Marzipan appears on eight commentaries, but Missy never appears out-of-character.
- Ryan Sterritt is the most frequent guest at over 40 appearances — no other contributor appears more than ten times.
