Transcript

STRONG BAD: {singing} Having it out with an email, {quickly} in the middle of the street in front of some tourists, please don't call the cops.

>subject: why, oh why? >Dear Strong Bad,
>Why is the website called homestarrunner.com and not
>strongbad.com? You are cleary the best character.
>Get with it,

>Darren from Maclaren

{The word "cleary" is said as written}

STRONG BAD: {typing} And you are cleary NOT an English major, Darren. Good question, though. Let's take a look at Homestar in action.

{Cut to the Intro}

KIDS: {background music, continues throughout intro} Everybody! Everybody! Everybody! Everybody!

{A lit version of Homestar Runner, similar to graphics seen on sports scoreboards, runs in place. A smaller version of Homestar runs across the top of the screen, leaving the letters "H O M E S T A R" from left to right, then runs off screen. He re-enters at the bottom right leaving the letters "R U N N E R" from right to left, then runs off the left side of the screen. Appearing slightly larger from the left, he runs across the middle of the screen, causing the words "HOMESTAR" and "RUNNER" to scatter. He leaves his logo behind as he runs. The star from the logo elongates itself into a star-shaped tunnel, alternating in red, white and blue. Homestar then is zoomed upon and stands in front of a blue background with light blue stripes emanating from the center.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: {out of sync with the background music} Everybody! Lah-dee-dah-dee-dah! {background music fades out} Everybody! Lah-dee-dah-dee-dah!

{Cut back to Strong Bad at his Lappy}

STRONG BAD: I mean, what the crap was he even saying there? 'Everybody, now bleed a beetle?' No! Ewww. 'Everybody, law deed will be dull.' Uhhhh, no kidding. 'Everybody, something the feed mill?' Yeah, I got no clue why the website's not named after me. {quickly} Maybe it has something to do with how I forgot to register the domain name and some 12 year old kid beat me to it and is asking in the high six figures for it. {slower} But that might also be just a hilarious coincidence! {sighs} Anyways, enjoy the rest of the website, Darren!

{The screen darkens and the Sbemailiarized Entertainment logo zooms in followed by ™ © ® LLC,,. FHM. A note plays as each intellectual property symbol is added. The viewer is then taken to one of the Main Pages.}
