Back to the Future
"Where The Poopsmith's going, he doesn't need good smells!"
In 1985, Universal Pictures released Back to the Future. Directed by Robert Zemeckis and executive produced by Steven Spielberg, this science-fiction comedy stars Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly, a young man whose friend Dr. Emmett Brown constructs a time machine that takes Marty to his parents' adolescent years. The highest grossing movie of the year, Back to the Future spawned two sequels and a cartoon. The Homestar Runner characters seem to be entertained by Back to the Future since they incorporate elements of the movie into their cartoons.
Appearances
- Homestarloween Party — Bubs equips The Goblin's Gremlin with the Flux Capacitor, one of the time machine's main components.

- Teen Girl Squad Issue 15 — The Thugchantment at the Cloughb Dance is a third parody of the Enchantment Under the Sea Dance.
- Limozeen Live! - 27 Mar 2008 — Strong Bad's introduction to Everybody to the Limit is exactly the same as Marty's introduction to his performance of Johnny B. Goode.
