Template tweets-header

This template serves a standard header for @StrongBadActual Tweet pages.
Usage
To use this template:
{{tweets-header|year=<year>|[month=<month>]|[monthnav=true]|[transcripts=true]}}
- Note that the
monthis optional and used only on monthly tweet pages. monthnavis also optional and used when we want to force the monthly nav to be displayedtranscriptsis also optional and used when we want to display the nav on a Transcripts page.
