"Y'know, when he'd like, manage a group of stuffed animals in his room instead of a metal band."

Teeg Dougland was first heard from when he directed Taranchula's music video for Moving Very Slowly. He is also the producer, manager, roadie, and webmaster for Limozeen, as shown in the animated would-be series, Limozeen: "but they're in space!" and the 1989 Limozeen "Ladies, We're Staying in Room 302 at the Ramada" Tour coloring book. In the former, he always appears to give the band members bad news, which he announces with "I'm afraid I've got some bad news, boys." He finally gives his last bad news at the end of the failed pilot—the show is canceled.

In the cartoon, he was shown to have curly brown hair and wear a blue shirt, tan pants, and glasses. Teeg is voiced by (and looks very much like) Mike Chapman.

On April 4, 2008, The Brothers Chaps uploaded 14 videos from the March 27, 2008 Limozeen Live! concert to YouTube under the account "tdougland", the name of which refers to Teeg.

A person named Mort Dougland — presumably a relative of Teeg — directed Taranchula's music video for the song "The Decoupage" in death metal.
