Sid and Marty Krofft

"Oh, man, The Cheat, your pile-of-leaves costume is so adorable."
Within the Homestar Runner body of work, there have been many references to the children's television and variety shows created by Sid and Marty Krofft.
Appearances
- Pumpkin Carve-nival — The Poopsmith is dressed as a Sleestak, one of a group of evil creatures from Land of the Lost.
- Halloween Fairstival — The Cheat is dressed as Sigmund from Sigmund and the Sea Monsters.
- Trogdor Con '97 — The Poopsmith's Sleestak costume is seen again, when he wears it at the convention.
- Email unnatural — While Strong Bad talks about disasters in Strong Badia, he mentions "H.R. Hurricanesnstuf", which, as seen in an Easter egg, is a parody of H.R. Pufnstuf, with Puppet Homestar in the title role.
- Email buried — At the end, the crude map of what might be buried under Strong Badia shows each layer labeled and the bottommost layer labeled "dinosaurs n sleestak layer".
