Harmless Junk, Inc. is a real Georgia-based corporation created and operated by The Brothers Chaps. It owns and controls the Homestar Runner franchise.

According to the DVD commentary for Halloween Fairstival, the name derives from the Batman episode "The Joker Goes to School".
