The blog post for December 3, 2008, entitled "man of mystery", is a screenshot from Dangeresque Roomisode 1: Behind the Dangerdesque. The screenshot is specifically the room from the game with its lights off and the shades open. The title of the blog post links to the game.

Charlie Clay And The Clay Crew

At this site created by Teh Cartoonist Productions, all of Season 1's episodes contain Homestar cameos.

• Episode 1 A Trogdor arcade game can be seen behind the Sonic arcade game that the crew is playing.

• Episode 2 The crew finds a gray monster, but when they put the flashlight on it, they find out it is actually Homestar, and he helps them get their power back.

• Episode 3 Jacob wears Homestar's shoes and gets beat up by Homestar, the text "ROCK'D" pops up when Charlie is hit by a rock in the head, the text "ROCK'D AGAIN!" pops up as a guy who commented on the grammar error gets a rock thrown at his head, and Trogdor gets defeated by Charlie doing homing attack on him.

• Episode 4 "Thief'd" is the episode name, and Homestar gets stolen by the thief.

• Episode 5 Homestar escapes from the thief with Charlie.

• In Episode 10 of Dan Brown's Universe Dan is asked "How do you type with boxing gloves on?"

• A Flash developer on Albino Black Sheep, Dangerskew, is a reference to Dangeresque.

deviantART

• A fan made a Flash animation for the Fourth of July, although a couple days late.
• deviantART user xeternalflamebryx created a series of fanart of various iconic video game characters, particularly nearly the entire Super Smash Bros. Ultimate cast, called "Smash Styles", where they are all drawn in different animation art styles (for example, Mario is drawn in Dragonballs art style, Donkey Kong in Gorillaz's art style, Link in Adventure Times art style, etc.). His take on Andross (the main antagonist of the Star Fox games) for Smash Styles is based on Homestar Runner, specifically resembling Vector Strong Bad, which in turn was partially based on Andross.

Doraemon Abridged

One episode of Doraemon Abridged has Doraemon yell to Nobita, "Now do your homework, or you'll be a sad sack like Homestar's F-Sack!" Also, When Nobita says "How's that for payback?" The word on the notebook change to "Free Bagels", a reference to 4 branches. The creators, Collin Weiler and Harvey Alan, are big fans of Homestar Runner.

Double-Tongued Word Wrester

Neolinguist Grant Barrett has done an entry on "asplode" on his site. It looks like "asplode" was not coined by the Brothers Chaps, but he agrees that "This term was popularized in 2004 by the character Strong Bad on the HomestarRunner web site."

Duct Tape Guys

At DuctTapeGuys.com on this webpage there is a picture of a duct tape backpack featuring Strong Bad, Marzipan, and Homestar.

The Escapist

On an episode of Unskippable, a weekly show where Graham Stark and Paul Saunders mock video game cut-scenes, they claim a man draped in a hood sounds like Senor Cardgage. This happens again in another episode, and they also say "I should eat a pony."

• Jay is Games is a site that reviews a large number of online games. They have had reviews of Peasant's Quest [4], Thy Dungeonman 3 [5], and Dangeresque Roomisode 1: Behind the Dangerdesque [6].
• The review for Broken Picture Telephone is illustrated with a screenshot from the game, depicting a drawing of Trogdor playing minigolf and sneezing while a laser shoots at him.
• Peasants Quest was featured in an October 2010 listing of The Vault, a weekly article on the site created to highlight memorable games the reporters have encountered over the years. It was praised for its storyline, "retro visuals", and "absurd sense of humor".

This website used to up links to the latest Homestar updates. The name of the site came from Homsar's quote in Where's The Cheat?, and the sub heading "The Pride of the Peaches" is derived from a quote by Strong Bad imitating Homsar in the sbemail interview.

• While Joel, another streamer from the site, was messing around in Windows 2000, he made Microsoft Narrator (using the Microsoft Sam voice) say "soisoisoi" over and over, and Joel started singing the beat of The System Is Down.
• When Vinny was playing one of the games on a bootleg 191-in-1 Plug-n-Play console, he compares the main character in one of the games to Strong Bad.
• When Vinny was asked to do an impression of Joel, he was noted that it sounded similar to Strong Bad, and he proceeded to do a brief deliberate impression of him.

• In Wikipedia's April Fool's Day Article 2005, Homestar in his Daisy Dukes was eventually added to the somewhat lengthy Wikipedia April Fool's Day 2005 article detailing a hostile takeover of Wikipedia by Encyclopedia Britannica. He was part of Wikipedia's "new corporate structure" as the Minister of Long Pants. He was then pictured lower on the page in the "Immediate Aftermath" section, then moved to the "Related Information" section, then finally dropped altogether. The page as it exists now can be found here, and the edit history for the page here. Strong Bad was also named Minister of Deleting email, and is found directly under Homestar's listing.
• On another April Fools Day, the deleted tab on the home page was renamed "baleeted".

• Internet People, part of a series called "The Meth Minute 39", is viewable on YouTube and mentions Homestar Runner. See also: Animation Sightings#Channel Frederator
• The title-cel to user SPUDS-TUBE's cover of Devo's song, Time Out For Fun, features drawings of Homestar and Strong Bad. The caption next to Homestar's head reads "sewwiously" and the one next to Strong Bad reads "a-jigga-muh-WHA...?!". Also, the video description contains "Total co-incidence! Not intentional!"
• A video on a Wii Shop Channel hack includes The System is Down as background music.
• FALCOR - the URiNATOR, a parody of Trogdor, was featured on July 16, 2007, shortly after it was released on the 12th. It quickly got over 25 video responses, and has 1,307,406 views as of October 15, and now has 60 video responses. It has gotten over 19,000 clicks from links on webpages. It also held the #12 slot on "Most Discussed (All Time) - Pets & Animals." It has recently gotten a ringtone version. The email is mentioned as his inspiration of the description.
• Mario Paint renditions, a compilation of Mario Paint segments, shows one of them being Homestar Runner slowly running, with an attempt at the Intro song done in Mario Paint as background music to the animation, and the theme to Stinkoman 20X6.
• Sherifam's videos make reference to Homestar Runner.
  • The first one is the Tait-imation theatre videos. The first one ever created featured Tait beating Homestar senseless with nunchucks, a reference to Fall Float Parade. At the end of this cartoon, Homestar says as he goes flying into a probable Hammerspace, "And that's how I became a law!", a reference to 4 branches.
  • Tait-imation being Kobatsu Emails, a parody of Strong Bad Emails, in which Kobatsu, a chibi animated version of Tait with no arms on, checks his email. In result of it being bad, it gets DELETED.
  • Second video series is the Cal Email Show (or C-mails, a reference to "sbemails"), of which Cal, the main operator of the channel, answers emails. In the 2nd and most recent, "Prank mail", he gets asked a familiar question that results in a familiar answer.
  • The channel message states that viewing one of sherifam's videos will "quite literally leave your computer in smoldering crater", with a disclaimer adding that they "will not quite literally leave your computer in smoldering crater", referencing SBCG4AP Advertisement.

His most notable video is Strong Bad roll, which uses various clips of Strong Bad, cut to make it look like he's singing "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley, known as the music used for "Rickrolling".
• PoisonRainVornado, referred to as "Vornado", is the creator of the series Internet Memes: Homestar Style!, in which he takes certain scenes from Homestar games and cartoons and sets them to audio from popular web phenomena. He has also created the mash-up Strong Bad Sings "Chocolate Rain".
• LuigiMario2009's "The Super Luigi Show" has many Homestar Runner references. In the episode "Back To School", Patamon watches being mean, and replies to Luigi saying: "I'm watching Strong Bad Email!". • In CGP Grey's video "How Many Countries Are There?", Transnistria, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia all recognize each other as countries and form "Teen Country Squad!".
