The Deke is a basketball star forward, with the number 00. According to Words I Probably Said, he played on the same team as Strong Bad. During a dramatic game, The Deke received a pass from Reg at the top of the key, and slam-dunked it; during the team's celebration, The Deke "accidentally" shoved Strong Bad to the ground and then insulted him.
The Deke's Biscuit Gravy trading card shows him wearing a winter hat, fur coat, and large sunglasses rather than a basketball uniform. The image has facial hair crudely drawn on with Photoshop.
The Deke also has a media career.
