</li><li>It's a reference to pop culture; it doesn't necessarily have to relate to the thing in the cartoon.  What does "Arrested Development" have to do with Bubs' (as Apollo Creed) Halloween reference to the show?
</li><li>The meme was certainly popular enough that TBC are likely to have seen it. They would have noticed how well the name already fit into the existing mythos of H*R, and used it accordingly.
</li><li>The ointment was labeled "BUBRUB", and not "BUBSRUB". Changing "Bubs" to "Bub" suggests that it is a reference to the viral video.
</li><li>But is it <i>likely</i> a reference? We're not saying it definitely is a reference, we're saying it's <i>possibly</i> a reference. How do we know anything on this site is a reference? Did TBC come by and explain all their references and I missed it?
</li><li>This is a "fact" relating to the toon, and it's "fun" to know. "Fun fact." QED.

Since it was open for such a short window of time, I think it's fair to give anyone a chance to officially declare their approval of this fact.
