Strong Man (also The Strong Man) is the Old-Timey version of Strong Mad. His body is less square, his arms have obvious muscle definition, he has visible chest hair, and his singlet only has one strap. He doesn't talk, so he just growls and moves his eyebrows. He doesn't really move his legs, so he moves around by sort of bouncing from side to side. However, he can dance fairly well.
His name and singlet recall the classic circus strongman from the 1930s era that inspires Old-Timey toons.
