The very first one, which made its premiere in the Strong Bad Email comic. The girls get ready to LOOK SO GOOD, but many a problem do they encounter. At least Cheerleader looks SO GOOD!

NARRATOR STRONG BAD: Teen Girl Squad! Cheerleader {screen shows Cheerleader, with "cheer!" next to her} So and So {fashion sense!} What's Her Face {unpopular!} The Ugly One {hygiene?}

{The four girls are standing in a nondescript field.}

CHEERLEADER: Hey gals, let's go get ready to LOOK SO GOOD!!!

SO AND SO: Word.

THE UGLY ONE: Word.

WHAT'S HER FACE: Word.

{The girls walk to the right. Some birds and clouds appear above them. A helicopter appears and attacks the birds, and Narrator Strong Bad makes helicopter shooting noises. The girls stop walking, and the scenery reverts to its original state.}

CHEERLEADER: Okay, now let's start LOOKING GOOD!!!

SO AND SO: A'ight.

THE UGLY ONE: A'ight.

WHAT'S HER FACE: A'ight.

{The Visor Robot zaps So and So's head with a laser.}

NARRATOR STRONG BAD: VOIP!

{So and So's upper body becomes a black pile of ashes and a skull.}

CHEERLEADER: Kristen, you look burnt, or DEAD.

{The girls walk right some more.}

WHAT'S HER FACE: I miss Kristin...a.

{Screen now shows The Ugly One, with numerous arrows flying through the air behind her.}

THE UGLY ONE: I have a crush on EVERY BOY!!

{Zoom out. The Ugly One is pierced by the arrows. We see the Arrow'd Guy, with more arrows coming out of his mouth.}

NARRATOR STRONG BAD: ARROWED!!!

THE UGLY ONE: OW! My skin!

{Cut to What's Her Face getting kicked by a dinosaur.}

NARRATOR STRONG BAD: PUNT!

WHAT'S HER FACE: Dag, yo.

{Cheerleader stands next to the headstones for So and So, The Ugly One, and What's Her Face.}

CHEERLEADER: I look so good!!

{"iT'S OVER!!!" appears on the screen.}

NARRATOR STRONG BAD: IT'S OVER!!!

Easter Eggs

• At the end, if you click on the "whats her face" headstone, Strong Bad will come out and have a little chat with Cheerleader.

{Strong Bad walks on screen from the right}

STRONG BAD: Whoa, hey there Cheerleader. You lookin' soo good. You want to go take a ride with me up to ah, Checkers? Or Rally's? Or em, Sonic Burger? ...whatever you guys got here.

Trivia

• The email comic states that the members of Teen Girl Squad are Virginia, Joy, Kristen, and Jennifer. In this issue, only So and So is given a name: Kristen (or Kristina). The other members of TGS are not named individually. This is the only issue where one of the girls is referred to by a name other than the official one.
• Before Teen Girl Squad was moved to Features, when this toon was still in the Shorts section of the TV Time Toons Menu, the synopsis read "What's Her Face has a run in with a T-Rex. Other stuff happens".
• This is the only complete issue of TGS that does not end with an "it's over!" splash.
  • In the Podstar Runner version, the screen follows the Strong Bad Easter egg.
• This is the shortest full-length TGS issue to date.
• The YouTube description for this toon is "Trying to look so good results in fatal Arrowed-ings."
• As of the post-Flash site update, this issue is listed on the TV Time Toons Menu twice in two locations: toons/issue-1 and toons/teen-girl-squad-issue-1.

Remarks

• In the Easter egg, Strong Bad covers up the lines of the paper, whereas everything else in the scene doesn't.
  • This is probably due to his animation being much more complex than anyone else's.
• What's Her Face's headstone can still be clicked after the Easter egg has been activated, but it doesn't do anything.
• When Cheerleader says "Kristen, you look burnt or dead", Cheerleader's mouth is white instead of being dark.
• Cheerleader's shirt says "Diva".
• When the girls are walking after So and So dies, What's Her Face doesn't have a mouth until she talks.

• The image of the Arrow'd Guy killing The Ugly One is later used for the 404'd page.

DVD Version

• The Strong Bad Easter egg plays automatically.
  • As a result, the "it's over!" screen (displayed on the usual splash screen) appears after the Strong Bad scene.
