The "No Hobos" sign seems to indicate that <a class="extiw" href="/index.php?title=Hobo" title="wikipedia:Hobo">hobos</a>, or homeless people, are not allowed, though it could also be an advertisement saying that there are "No Hobos" within the facility of the Depot. The Parsnip Depot is the Old-Timey version of Bubs' Concession Stand, appropriately run by Old-Timey Bubs. The "No Hobos" sign seems to indicate that hobos, or homeless people, are not allowed, though it could also be an advertisement saying that there are "No Hobos" within the facility of the Depot. In Parsnips A-Plenty, The Homestar Runner, Marzipan, and Fat Dudley try to get some parsnips for soup, only to find them all missing. They were stolen by Old-Timey Strong Bad, Strong Man, and The Sneak, in order for them to make parsnip pie.
Apparently the pronunciation of "Depot" is changed from the more typical (DEE-poe or de-POE) to (DAY-poe).
