Strong Bad is an Egghead Man

In Strong Bad is in Jail Cartoon, The King of Town comments that Strong Bad has "a head like a big ol' round ol' red ol' nasty ol' egg."

Arguments for:

  1. This is still interesting, even if it's not a reference. (It was originally listed as a remark.)
  2. Re: arg against #2: Strong Bad is the only one whose head is an egg, rather than his whole body.

Arguments against:

  1. It could just be a coincidence.
  2. If he was the only egg, then this might be a reference, but all four of them are eggs.
  3. This is notable at the plain-ole Eggs article. It is irrelevant to this toon.
  4. This toon was not even finished, TBC probably forgot about it, so they wouldn't reference it.

Additional comments:

  • This toon was apparently made before SBiiJC.
    • Yeah, it was under Fast Forward before it ended up here. But unneccesarily earlier than that, it was an Inside Reference.
      • This was originally added as a remark, which is where it should be. It's not a reference, but that doesn't make it unnoteworthy. It makes an interesting observation that readers may appreciate.
        • If it's a remark, I'm for it.
  • If it gets put up as a remark, how can we be sure that no one will put it back in Fast Forward?
    • If somebody moves it, we can refer them to this STUFF item, I suppose.
  • Re:arg against #4: The ending of unused emails includes a reference to the unfinished toon Tis True, Pom Pom, Tis True.
  • In disconnected, Homestar calls Strong Bad "Eggman".

  1. It might be a sign TBC will end all unfinished toons with a variation of this.

  1. "Might be" facts are not the best facts.
  2. This clearly refers to the statement made at the beginning of the toon that not every toon works out nicely.
