In Shopping For Danger, Reynold inadvertently blew a sizable hole in the outer wall of the HQ with Reinforcements's Justice Rocket Backpack Rocket Rocket. This has since been repaired.

In Cheat Commandos: Two Part Episode: Part 1, a second room of the HQ is shown for the first time: Reynold's Office, which also doubles as a jail cell. At Flashfight's command, Blue Laser is arrested and thrown into this room. The second part of this episode reveals that the headquarters has a back entrance, which is actually where batteries are placed to activate the base's lights and sounds.
