The bulletin board was used by Strong Bad, Limozeen, Dolph Hauldhagen, and Dull Items Inc. in the short Lappynapped!. Strong Bad used the board to try to find his missing Lappy 486 that had been stolen in cliffhangers, and also to look for a "kick-awesome guitarist". Limozeen is shown with a promo poster, Dolph Hauldhagen promoting battle axe lessons, and Dull Items Inc. was advertising "Pro Loitering". There apparently is an answering machine nearby the board. The location of the bulletin board is unknown.
