The Satan of town?

The Kaiser is The King of Town's Old-Timey counterpart, as confirmed in the Club Aquatica interview. This version, unlike the current, has visible arms and legs, the latter of which look like chicken feet. He appears to be modeled after a stereotypical WWI-era German, the time frame probably likening him with Wilhelm II. The Sneak has put a Bengal tiger in his latrine at least once. This character also appears to be the ruler of Hell, presiding over the Demon, as The King of Town would over The Poopsmith in the modern era.

In Ever and More, the King of Town is seen wearing a German Pickelhaube, which is very similar to The Kaiser's helmet.
