This article is about the band. For the running gag, see Big Knives.

Bigg Nife first appeared in the Strong Bad Email band names as a proposed band name, and was later confirmed to be a real band in Baddest of the Bands, when Strong Bad sees a "rockumentary" about them on TV. The only known member is the lead singer, nicknamed "Rip Nife".

Though the band has not appeared in any toons, it was first heard on one of the tracks of the Trogdor!! The Board Game Rulebook EP, The Archer.

In a reply posted to Twitter on April 16, 2019, Strong Bad says he "likens them to late 80's/early 90's never-heard-of's like The Front, Royal Court of China, and Burning Tree". Like Limozeen, their music is a completely different genre than the brief sound from band names.

Trivia

  • This band is very similar to Lazor, in that its first appearance was in band names, and its second appearance confirmed its existence and mentioned one member.
