- The first 19 seconds were played at Georgia Tech in 2007, accompanying an unfinished Stinkoman animation. Matt Chapman explains that it was made "a long time ago" and implies that it predates the breakup of DaVinci's Notebook, dating its creation to 2003-2004.
- Following its inclusion in the Homestar Runner Original Soundtrack, the full version of the theme was finally used in the intro cinematic of Stinkoman 20X6 included with the Level 10 update.
- Stinkoman does indeed fight what appears to be a brick wall in Stinkoman 20X6 level 3 (after it reveals itself to be a robot).
