- Email sibbie — Strong Bad's statement that he will never write a song about Sibbie becomes a song about Sibbie when The Cheat adds a beat to it using his keyboard, and apparently records it as Strong Sad and Homestar are later seen listening to it.
- Email anything — Noticing that the Mountain Dew he is pouring on the Compy 386 is seemingly bottomless, Homestar breaks into a song about "never-ending soda".
- Email mile — Strong Bad enters and exits singing, "And I pretend that it's made of money".
- All of The Thinkkaman's appearances — Whenever the Thnikkaman arrives or departs, a chorus of singers announces it.
- Email monument — In the Easter egg, Homestar sings it. Also, in another Easter egg, The Cheat throws a lightswitch rave while Strong Bad sings about Technochocolate.
- Teen Girl Squad Issue 5 (Easter egg) — During the issue, two boys are shown on the beach; one says, "I miss video games", and the other says, "I miss my mom." During the Easter egg, this dialogue develops into a remix with the theme music.
- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 10.2 — While Strong Bad is instructing Homestar in the art of prank calling, Homestar chooses to end his prank call in song.
- Email lunch special — Bubs sings, "Shinin' up a chicken in the mo'nin', mo'nin'".
- Email haircut (Easter egg) — Strong Mad urges Strong Bad to make a cardboard box dance and prance, so Strong Bad invents the song "Livin' It Up". Later, Larry Palaroncini of Limozeen sings the song.
- Email replacement — Marzipan sings two songs about scroll buttons accompanied by her guitar. Homestar sings instead of dancing for his audition in the dance contest.
- Email cheatday — After receiving an unsigned email, Strong Bad imagines the sender's name to be "Mike Control", which he makes a short rap about. Coach Z suggests they "cut a demo" with it, and Bubs suggests he play keytar. He later appears and starts playing it while Strong Bad sings The Cheat's "Date of Birth Song".
- Email for kids — Included in Homsar's show is "a real popular song", which Homsar encourages to be played 50 times more.
- Email extra plug — While doing Strong Bad's email "unplugged", a tied-up Homestar begins to sing that he has to pee. Strong Sad later joins him.

- Email space program — After his adventure is over, Strong Bad sings the theme song for Space Captainface: Pretender of the Galaxies.
- Fall Float Parade — Coach Z freestyles when the K.O.T.H.S. Junior Varsity Marching Band plays a rhythm.
- Email high school — On Teenage Homestar's suggestion, the Homestar Runner Mysfit-steries play in a band to be safe during their excursion into Marzipan's uncle's pie factory.
- Email death metal — Strong Bad says metal songs for people with blonde hair consist of words such as "tonite", "wooh-mon", and streets in Los Angeles. He then brings up a video stream of Larry Palaroncini singing a song with those words.
- Email pop-up — After reading the email once, Strong Bad raps it twice. The Cheat then appears with his keyboard and presumably asks Strong Bad to rap it again while he plays a beat over it.
- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 13.2 — Both The King of Town and The Cheat use the tape on Marzipan's answering machine to record a song.

- The Homestar Runner Enters The Spooky Woods — In reference to his costume, Homestar sings part of the theme song to the Moomin television series. Also, in reference to Coach Z's costume, Homestar makes up a rap about "double-knit reversible stripèd pants".
- Fan 'Stumes 2019 — Strong Bad sings a song about a costumed fan dressed as Marzipan being the only person who came to a Halloween party at a rec center. He also improvises a rhythm about there being too many Homestars.
- Halloween Hijinks — The Mysfit-steries sing a song to revive Strong Bad after he stops breathing. They reprise the song with the Stave It Off Guy singing his "count to three" song.
- In Easter eggs, both Homestar and Strong Bad sing variants of the theme song to Bod. Homestar sings his response to Bubs's costume to the theme of The Legend of Zelda.
- Fan 'Stumes 2020 — Crack Stuntman performs a rap in the style of An Important Rap Song in response to a fan dressed as him. Strong Bad also sings a Trogdor-inspired song about burninating a Trunk-or-Treat event.
- Halloween Hide & Seek — If the moon is clicked while at Marzipan's house, Homestar will break into a song about dinosaur pie, and then mention that it has nothing to do with the moon.
- Fan 'Stumes 2021 — Strong Bad sings a song about the eponymous character of Cannonmouth and his kitchen. He also sings a song about a Homsar prop with an elastic neckband in the style of the verse of different town about Modestly Hot Homsar.
