<ul><li>It's not random. Like many animators, the Brothers Chaps reuse backgrounds and that's what produces the white and blue flashing effect. | |||
</li><li>It's not a fun fact if it's only in the flash file, as The Brothers Chaps don't bother making things look correct in the swf file. | |||
</li><li>If it's outside the frame that wouldn't normally be there, like Homestar's Moustache in <a href="/index.php?title=Senorial_Day" title="Senorial Day">Senorial Day</a>, it's an Easter Egg. But if there's something outside the frame that can be out down to laziness by TBC, then it's not noteworthy and should be deleted. This fact falls in the second category. | |||
