Instructions · Help 3 Gigabyte STUFF Attachment It's likely that the 3GB attachment was the "Medi-a-lecrix Playa" and the video file, as most movies do not come in a .exe file, and a file of that length would have to be ridiculously lossless to warrant a 3GB file size. Arguments against: It's possible that this is speculation. It's possible that the file was actually 3 GB. It's possible that Homestar is a foolish duckshirt. All these things are possible, but we don't know which are true (well, we know Homestar is a foolish duckshirt) so we ought not say what it is. Even if this wasn't speculation, there'd still be no reason to explain this. Additional comments: The file could be 3GB, but that doesn't explain why it's an .exe file. It could be a self-executable video. Such a thing is possible, and I'm sure they exist in the real world. DUH. That's what I've been saying all along. If you check out the easter egg, you'll see what I'm talking about. It is a self-executable video. It executes in Medi-a-Lectrix Playa. There may be a miscommunication here. The original fact is worded in such a way that the .exe contains the Medi-a-lectrix Playa and the video separately, which are saved when you run the file or something. My comment is that the file could BE the video, which plays in its own "Medi-a-lectrix"-style window, and does not require a separate application to run. Or there are other possibilities as well. Maybe it's a self-extracting .exe for a really huge file. Maybe Homestar changed the file type because his email service rejected the .mlp (making something up) format. Who knows? It's speculation. There are several things in this comment that are made obsolete by what we were shown in the toon. Maybe it's a self-extracting .exe for a really huge file. That might be plausible IF the Medi-A-Lectrix Playa didn't display "catonfire_fallingfromanairplane.exe" as the file source. Additional comments: This would be more believable if The Cheat were also wearing glasses. As listed below, Strong Bad says the aforementioned line before his computer explodes. ...even though he says "this almost never happens to me?" Additional comments: Jokes aren't funny if they have to be explained... Since he says this "almost never happens to me" BEFORE the computer explodes, doesn't that make this fun fact false, and therefore automatically should be rejected?
