"Or at least with some guy named Stan."
Strong Bad will sometimes use a phrase, then say "or at least" before saying a similar-sounding phrase (sometimes rhyming with the first).

- Debut: Email website — Strong Bad says the email sender might be really big in Pakistan, or at least with some guy named Stan.
- Email suntan — Strong Bad says the Ab-Abber 2000 could make him a thousandaire, or at least a hundredaire.
- Email stupid stuff — Strong Bad says saying stupid stuff is Homestar Runner's bread and butter, or at least his crackers and mustard.
- Email lunch special — Strong Bad says getting Bubs to say "sbu" will be a cakewalk, or at least a sbu-walk.
- Fan Costumes '08 — Strong Bad says a Cold One drinking a Cold One is cannibalism, or at least Cold One-ibalism.
