Stores will typically create an offer where you can get a special deal on an item by purchasing something "of equal or greater value". However, in the Homestar Runner universe, strange variants have occurred occasionally.
Instances
- The King of Town Character Video — The King of Town says he earned his crown the same way he got a combo meal: "by purchasing one of equal or lesser value".
- sbemail part-time job — Strong Bad advertises a "free cup of ice with the purchase of a deluxe cup of ice of equal or lesser value".
- Cool Things — Bubs tells Homestar that he can only exchange the shades for something of lesser or much lesser value.
