ABA Basketball Pom Pom
The ABA Basketball is a variant on the standard NBA basketball; it is slightly smaller and red, white, and blue instead of the traditional orange. This type of basketball appears to be favored in the Homestar Runner universe, and by Strong Bad in particular. It is also a possible color scheme for Poms. ABA is an abbreviation for the American Basketball Association, which merged with the NBA in the 1970s.
Appearances
- Pom Pom, Too — Among the many Poms in the third scene is an ABA Basketball Pom.
- Email new hands — An ABA Basketball is one of the left hand options in the Easter egg.
- Email different town — Strong Bad wishes for Pom Pom to look like an ABA Basketball.
- Email space program — An ABA Basketball makes up part of the spaceship.
