This year, <a href="/index.php?title=The_Cheat" title="The Cheat">The Cheat</a> gets a bad case of the hiccups, but as luck would have it, it's Halloween night, and <a href="/index.php?title=Strong_Bad" title="Strong Bad">Strong Bad</a> sets out to scare the hiccups out of him at the local Halloween Fairstival. Strong Bad's first attempt, <a href="/index.php?title=Coach_Z" title="Coach Z">Coach Z</a>'s gross and moist locker, fails to scare The Cheat but succeeds to reveal a serious health risk. <a href="/index.php?title=Strong_Sad" title="Strong Sad">Strong Sad</a> and <a href="/index.php?title=Bubs" title="Bubs">Bubs</a> are all laughs and no scare, and <a href="/index.php?title=The_King_of_Town" title="The King of Town">The King of Town</a>'s home remedy can only guarantee an early grave for The Cheat. Halloween Fairstival is the Halloween toon of 2004. This toon is tied with Decemberween Short Shorts as the second longest holiday toon, after Jibblies 2. This year, The Cheat gets a bad case of the hiccups, but as luck would have it, it's Halloween night, and Strong Bad sets out to scare the hiccups out of him at the local Halloween Fairstival. Strong Bad's first attempt, Coach Z's gross and moist locker, fails to scare The Cheat but succeeds to reveal a serious health risk. Strong Sad and Bubs are all laughs and no scare, and The King of Town's home remedy can only guarantee an early grave for The Cheat.
