The hairstyle features a unibrow and a goatee and sideburns that both resemble the letter J. This name could have been a reference to "Litigation Johnson", a name under the testimonies for Thorax Corporation's "PROGRAM CONGRATULATION(TM)(R)(C)" PRODUKT.

To "litigate" means to contest or engage in legal proceedings, or to take legal action. This use of the word "action" is conflated with the action movie genre. "Litigation Jackson" could be considered a legal action movie, or be titled "Legal Action Jackson".
