Because not every article is up to snuff yet. Also, there is very little to write on some articles, especially [[Category:Lists|list-based ones]]. Further, we'd probably run out fairly quickly if we did articles every day instead of every week. We only have about 1900. In IE7, I've noticed that when an image on the main page has a height of an odd number of pixels, the bottom portion of the border around it doesn't appear correctly. The image appears to get shifted down a pixel and covers it. I decided to try it in Firefox and the borders all appear fine. But is there any way we can fix that for us die-hard IE users?
