In the toon, [[Homestar Runner]], [[Strong Bad]], [[Pom Pom]], [[Bubs]], and [[Strong Sad]] all enter a [[Contests|jumping jack contest]], with the objective being to continually jump jacks for the longest time. Strong Bad is determined to win at all costs, even [[Cheating|cheating]] to do so, with help from [[Strong Mad]] and [[The Cheat]], of course. This toon&#039;s plot is loosely based on [[Original Book|the original Homestar Runner book]]. While the toon loads, you can play a [[Strong Libs|Strong Lib]] game.
