The '''Baby Lady''' is first seen in [[Peasant's Quest Preview]]. She sits rocking in her chair with her baby as the camera zooms in on her. In the actual game [[Peasant's Quest]], you can find her in a hut; she tells you that something odd is in one of the bushes outside and that her husband was crushed by [[Trogdor]] (which is a reference to [[TROGDOR!]] the game). She asks you to get her insurance riches back from the [[Jhonka]]. Once you accomplish this, however, she takes the riches and quickly leaves the cottage, leaving you the baby. In the text following, it revealed she's actually a known criminal who does scams like this all the time, and that the money and the baby were rightfully someone else's. In the [[Peasant's Quest Movie Trailer|movie trailer]] she is played by [[Jackie Chapman]], [[Matt Chapman|Matt]]'s wife. On July 2, 2007, [[The Brothers Chaps]] used a [[File:Real Baby Lady Message.png|special Main Page message]] featuring the Baby Lady to announce that they would be taking a break due to the birth of Jackie's baby in real life, and on December 1, 2009, they used a similar message on the [[FeedBurner Page|FeedBurner page]] due to the birth of Jackie's second baby, but this second break eventually grew into a [[Hiatuses|hiatus]].

In a [[Peasant's Quest Proposed Sequels|proposed sequel to Peasant's Quest]], "Peasant's Quest 2: Return of the Babym'n", Peasantry has become a peaceful kingdom twenty-five years after Trogdor's defeat, and it is ruled over by the "seemingly benevolent '''Queen Babyladia'''". It is unclear how the Baby Lady came to rule over Peasantry. However, this sequel idea never came to fruition.
